THE BEACH RESORT HOTEL & GOLF CLUB

The Great Harbour Beach Resort will be a charming, boutique-style hotel located on 10 tropically landscaped acres on an elevated 1000-feet beach site. Luxurious accommodations will include 104 units, consisting of 36 rooms on the second and third floors of the hotel; 60 additional rooms in ten two-story, six unit beachfront bungalows; and 8 grand suites in four one-story duplexes.

Common areas will be located on the first level of the hotel, and guests will enjoy the hotel's 6,000-square-foot signature swimming pool with 12,000 square feet of sun deck, a beach bar and splash pool. The 18-hole Joe Lee golf course will be operated in conjunction with The Beach Resort Hotel, and the renovation of the golf course will be timed to facilitate the hotel's grand opening. Golf and tennis memberships will be available for all property owners at Great Harbour Cay. 9 holes maintained at present.
