HARBOUR VILLAGE AND NEW MARINA

A Master Plan for Reclaiming Paradise

In addition to the existing marina, a new marina and Harbour Village Inn, along with supporting commercial development will add to the boating facilities. The new Great Harbour Cay Marina will provide 70 more rental slips for super yachts of 80- to 160-feet in length. In addition, there will be 500 lineal feet of parallel, small boat dockage. The new marina will also offer all petroleum products, telephone service, electricity, fresh water, ice, showers, a laundry, grocery and liquor stores, bait and tackle shop and a swimming pool. With a day's notice, the marina can arrange fishing charters with local guides, ranging from deep-sea and bottom fishing to bonefishing.
The Harbour Village will consist of 36,000 square feet of commercial space, including a Dockmaster's Office, Customs & Immigration, retail shops, quaint island-inspired boutiques, both casual and elegant restaurants and lively island bars. Other commercial establishments will be designed to meet the daily needs of island visitors or residents, such as a grocery, departure lounge for the Anderson Cay Bonefish Lodge, the stilt bungalows and the developers' on-site real estate sales office.

HARBOUR VILLAGE INN

To accommodate the needs of visitors, whether they arrive by air or by sea, the Village Inn is being planned and will offer a 40 room inn with a full range of guest services. Recreational activities, including exercise facilities, tennis, golf, swimming and fishing will be conveniently located nearby and easily facilitated. In addition, 18 luxurious, 1,200-square-foot town homes/condos with private boat docks will be offered for sale.
