HAINES CAY

The island will be developed with a total of 50 oversize oceanfront estate lots each with approximately 300-feet of ocean frontage. Access will be by ferry with golf cart transportation. Boat owners will be able to use the new Great Harbour Cay ferry terminal and access the ferry from The Beach Club dock. A 60 room Boutique Hotel is planned on at Haine's Bluff within walking distance of the beach.
