GREAT HARBOUR CAY BEACH CLUB The Great Harbour Cay Beach Club is planned as a major attraction for visitors and residents. It will include island-style indoor and outdoor dining, a bar, pool, clubhouse and tour departure/water sports pier. The 500-foot beach will be a focal point for owners and renters of residential units who wish to socialize and participate in water-oriented activities. These boutique hotel cottages and bungalows will average 1,000-square-feet or larger. Some 20 individual cottages will be available for purchase or vacation club ownership, all remaining in the Club's rental pool.
